Our story
Beedda is born from the union of love for one's land and passion for beekeeping. Over forty years of work to offer an extraordinary sensory experience. Zafferana Etnea at the foot of "Idda", Mount Etna, is the cradle of a raw, natural honey with a unique taste, without any added flavors.

We respect and care for the survival of bees to offer excellent products, while safeguarding biodiversity at the same time.
Pasteurization is not used because it irreparably damages the organoleptic properties of honey. Its natural crystallization allows to offer a product with excellent characteristics.
Total absence of flavors, only the result of the wise work of bees according to nature.
Mission
Beedda aims to introduce a product of excellent quality as directly produced by bees. Only the essential processing phases are carried out to create an explosion of flavors and scents typical of our land, Sicily. No types of flavors are used, offering exclusively what bees can produce based on the richness of nectars in the cultivation areas. Nomadic beekeeping, a system that involves moving beehives according to the flowering cycle, is the method used to ensure the different types of natural and raw honey that we are able to offer.
Production
The production phases are few and of short duration, in order to ensure that the honey does not lose its organoleptic characteristics. The entire process is carried out in a controlled laboratory, where both the primary processing phase and the bottling and packaging are carried out.
